How much does a bathroom renovation cost in Seattle?

These are not an estimate. Your real number comes after a walkthrough, because what is behind the wall moves the price more than the tile does.
How long does a bathroom renovation take?
Plan on about four weeks on site for a full bathroom renovation; our recent ones ran three to six weeks, depending on scope and what we find behind the wall. A smaller update can take a week or two. Before work starts, add about a week for your estimate and two or more weeks if the city needs to review a permit.
When can you start?
Our calendar is full through the end of 2026, so new renovation starts are being scheduled for 2027. We still do walkthroughs and send estimates now, so you can plan your design, permits and finish selections while you wait for a start date.
How do I choose a bathroom contractor in Seattle?
Ask for the license and bond numbers, an itemized written estimate, the waterproofing method, who files the permit, and how changes are approved. Then read their reviews on Google, Yelp and HomeAdvisor, not just the ones on their own site. What happens if you find mold or rot once the wall is open?
We pause, show you what we found, and write up the fix along with any change in cost or schedule. Nothing gets added to your project without your written approval. The waterproofing and everything behind the wall is where we do not cut corners.
Why are there always two people on site?
Every job has at least two of us on site, so there is a second set of eyes on every line. You also get photo updates every day there is work in your home, so you never have to ask what happened today.
What does your warranty cover?
One year of workmanship, from completion. If something we installed fails because of how we installed it, we come back and put it right. We respond within 48 hours, and we check in at 30 and 90 days. Normal wear, materials you supply and work by other contractors are not covered.
Can I finance my bathroom renovation?
