A scheduled seasonal walkthrough of the systems that actually fail here — wet areas, ventilation, roof and drainage, seals and caulk — with a written record of what we saw and what it will need next, before it is urgent.
We have completed 937 jobs across greater Seattle. When we maintain a home we built or renovated, we are not guessing at what is behind the wall — we put it there, and we still have the record.
We are not going to publish a price before we can stand behind it. Care is running as a pilot with real homes right now, and the scope and the number will come from what that pilot actually teaches us — not from what sounds good on a landing page. When it is ready, the people on this list hear it first, with the real terms.
