Some homes need more than a single project. Three bathrooms. A bathroom and a kitchen. A house that has been lived in for decades and needs a considered makeover rather than a gut renovation. We phase that work so your home stays livable the whole way through.
What this is — and what it isn't
We are bathroom renovation specialists first, and we say that on purpose. A multi-room project with us is that same work at a larger scale: several rooms, planned together, built in sequence. It is not a structural gut renovation, not an addition, and not a design-build department pretending to be a general contractor.
If your project is a whole-house teardown with new framing and moved walls throughout, we will tell you honestly that we are not the right fit — and that is a better answer than learning it halfway through.
Why phasing matters more than it sounds
- You keep a working bathroom. In a three-bathroom house we do not open all three at once. Obvious in hindsight, routinely gotten wrong.
- One design language across every room. Tile, vanities, fixtures, and finishes chosen as a set, so the rooms read as one house instead of three different years.
- One crew, one sequence. The same people, learning your house as they go. By the third room they know where the shutoffs are and how the floor slopes.
- One order, one dye lot. Tile ordered together comes from the same run. Ordered months apart, it doesn't, and the difference shows.
- Each room gets its own scope and its own approval. You are not signing one enormous number and hoping. Every room is quoted, approved, and finished on its own terms.
How a multi-room project runs
Exactly like a single-room project, repeated with intent. Stan assesses the whole house up front so the plan accounts for every room. Austin prices each room and stays your single point of contact throughout. You get daily photo updates while any room is open, written approval on every change, and a walkthrough at the end of each phase — not one walkthrough months later.
